Merchandise may be returned within 14 days (2 weeks)  from the date the order is received. All returns postmarked within 14 days will be issued an online credit to your account.

  • All items purchased during Sales, Clearance, Flash Sales, and any discounts are all FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • You MAY NOT return: Final Sale items, Jewelry, or Gift Certificates. 
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached and NO stains of any kind (Makeup, food, etc).
  • No refunds will be given at this time. Only store credit or exchanges.

If the return is postmarked after 14 days or a Final Sale item was returned, you WILL NOT be given a refund, store credit or exchange.

1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria.
2. Include your order form inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
3.  Send your package back to us using any shipping carrier you prefer. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns, which is non-refundable.
4. Once your package is received please allow us up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.We will add the store credit to your account.

We do not technically do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available by the time we receive your return. As soon as you receive your item and realize you need to exchange it, contact our company so that we may hold the exchanged item back for you.

If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact the company within two days. Kentucky Kouture is not liable for merchandise damaged after you have worn it.
